Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Implementation Specialist at PointCore Network Services is responsible for installing and configuring communications equipment such as LAN, WAN, Voice, and Wireless systems in healthcare environments. They work under the direction of a Project Manager or Senior Implementation Specialist and interact with clients in a high-pressure, client-oriented setting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deploy and configure network and communications equipment with oversight. Maintain accurate project documentation using the PCNS toolset. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network and IT equipment. Collaborate with the project team to plan and implement deployment tasks. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Travel is required (minimum 90%). COMPETENCIES: Preferred knowledge in IT-related fields (Associate's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Strong communication, client service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and lift up to 20 pounds. Workplace Safety and Security: Must follow OSHA regulations and ensure safety in handling equipment. Regular physical activities are required, such as sitting, standing, lifting, and cable pulling. Adherence to client health and safety standards (e.g., vaccination verification) may be necessary.
