Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Integrated Network & Voice Support Field Engineer I at PCNS is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and integrating both network and voice communication systems. This hybrid role involves managing network infrastructure alongside voice systems such as PBX and VoIP. The engineer uses diagnostic tools and collaborates with IT teams to ensure seamless communication and system performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot and resolve network and voice system issues. Install, configure, and maintain voice communication systems. Utilize PCNS tools to monitor system performance and optimize efficiency. Integrate voice systems with network infrastructure. Ensure security and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide on-call support for urgent system issues. Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Offer technical support for network and voice-related user issues. COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and voice systems (PBX, VoIP). Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and hardware configuration. Knowledge of security protocols for both network and voice systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Adaptability to new technologies and dynamic environments. Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Coordinator at PointCore Network Services is responsible for supporting remote triage efforts, coordinating network maintenance activities, managing hardware and software lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with contract and license due dates. This role helps maintain operational efficiency and ensures the network infrastructure is up to date and secure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Oversee hardware and software updates, patches, and upgrades. Implement configuration updates and code upgrades to optimize performance. Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support. Document configurations, maintenance activities, and generate performance reports. Manage network security, including regular assessments to address vulnerabilities. Provide training and user support on IT systems. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services and upgrades. Maintain IT inventory and handle procurement processes. Optimize IT operations through automation and scripting. COMPETENCIES: Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
