Fiberutilities Group, LLC. (FG), headquartered in Cedar Rapids, IA, was established in 2004 as a professional management and network services company with an executive team of industry pioneers who average 35+ years of experience in telecommunications. FG brings together leaders, partners, and principal players to provide consulting, advising, technical, operational, and telecom billing support to our clients.

FG’s suite of services ranges from state and federal grant program support, infrastructure assessments, RFP management, plan/build/operate for WAN, LAN, and fiber networks across commercial, government, and healthcare entities. Built upon a foundation of trust and integrity, we are technology leaders with a business perspective dedicated to fostering strong relationships with our clients.

We place the needs of our clients at the forefront of every decision and action we take, which has given us the ability to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients, boasting a remarkable client retention rate exceeding 95%. Based on public information, FG is the #1 consortium filer and the 2nd largest Healthcare Connect Fund filer in the United States, servicing 14 of the largest HCF Consortiums in the US, engaging almost 100 individual Health Systems and managing over 1,750 provider locations. Operating across 44 states and serving a quarter of the nation’s largest hospital systems, our expansive reach underscores our capability to deliver impactful solutions. Our integral involvement in the Rural Healthcare Connect Program operated by the Universal Service Administrative Co (USAC) showcases our profound expertise, facilitating the submission of over $60 million in client funding for 2024 alone.
